I’ve been training with Roman and it’s been excellent. His knowledge of exercise and easy going personality are exactly what I needed in a trainer. His programming is very effective and achieving results. Looking forward to crushing more goals together at this awesome gym.

I've been working with Roman for a little over two months and so far it's been great. He challenges and pushes me to help me reach my goals. Every week I'm stronger and I can see results. The gym is clean, well organized, and has tons of awesome equipment because of how scheduling works I never have to wait for a machine and I can have the most efficient workout possible

My confidence with lifting and form have come leaps and bounds and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Not to mention the facility is incredibly clean and the equipment is top notch.

I’ve been to many powerlifting gyms and this one is meticulously kept. There is an amazing selection of equipment that can be utilized by brand new lifters all the way to seasoned veterans who have been in a gym for a long time. There is a special atmosphere that is felt throughout the facility especially when going for a PR. Definitely a must try and one of the best gyms in the treasure valley.
